PURPOSE: A weight training structures composition is provided to compositively form various weight training structures in a small space. CONSTITUTION: The weight training structures composition comprises at least two of: a structure(1) for rolling a roller and passing over, wherein in the periphery regions centering on a center part, curved frames(12) are jointed with grooves(13) formed on wheels of both ends of a roller(14) in a predetermined height from the ground surface so that a trainer does not drop from the rolling roller, and the roller rolls on the frames by location energy differences due to curved shapes of the frames; a structure of climbing overbridge rollers, wherein frames(16) separated from one another are inclined-formed upwardly from the ground surface and a plurality of overbridge rollers(17) are mounted between the frames to be rotatable in one direction; and a rockclimbing installation(5) having various artificial rock cliff structures(7).
