PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cement type filler which is low in specific gravity of slurry and is high in the fluidity and to provide a lining application method of a laid pipe using the cement type filler. SOLUTION: With respect to composition material of the cement type filler, fly ash balloon is added in addition to cement, polymer dispersion type adhesive and water, thereby, the specific gravity of slurry of the cement type filler is lowered and the fluidity is improved. With respect to the lining application method of the laid pipe, back-filling material is filled in between the laid pipe and a newly-laid pipe which is disposed in the laid pipe, therein, when the cement type filler is used as the back-filling material, no buoyancy is generated in the newly-laid pipe and the compression strength after curing is high. Further, in the cement type filler, the fluidity is high and, therefore, the operation for filling the back-filling material is easily performed. |
