PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus capable of observing sea wind state. SOLUTION: A sea wind state observation apparatus is constituted of a wind direction wind velocity meter 1, a height maintaining pole 3 maintaining the wind direction wind velocity meter 1 at a specific level from the sea 2, a buoy body 4 connected to the lower end of the height maintaining pole 3, an anchor cable 5 connected with the buoy body 4, a sinker 6 connected with the anchor cable 5, a posture maintaining rod 7 rotating a member attached by the wind direction wind velocity meter 1 according to the inclination of the height maintaining pole 3 for maintaining the posture of the wind direction wind velocity meter 1 horizontally. |
