<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sandy granulated material which is obtained by treating the soil mixed waste which is filled up hitherto, has satisfactory strength and water permeability and satisfies the reclamation standard and a producing method thereof. SOLUTION: The soil mixed waste which is obtained by removing the recyclable waste from among the waste discharged from a construction field and includes the unrecyclable glass and pottery waste is heat-treated at 300 deg.C or higher, is admixed with a granulating agent, is kneaded, is formed and, thereafter, is dried.</p> |
