PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve unit and a container which are easy to assemble, can be inexpensively manufactured, are easy to reuse and can prevent a liquid from flowing out even if the container falls down. SOLUTION: The valve unit 10 sucks out the liquid in a container body 12. It includes a suction pipe 21 inserted into the container body 12 and fixed to its bottom, bellows 22 which can recover in an extending direction, a shaft case 16 communicating and connected with its upper part, a piston shaft 30 movably inserted in its upper side and a piston head communicating and connected with the bellows. A first check valve 23 to allow the liquid only to flow from the inside of the container body 12 into the bellows 22 is provided on an upstream of the bellows, while a second check valve 24 to allow the liquid only to flow out from the inside of the bellows 22 toward the shaft case 16 is provided on a downstream.
