PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester conjugate yarn good in processability under draw false-twisting operation, exhibiting high crimp developing ability after processed, and capable of giving high-grade fabrics of good soft stretchability. SOLUTION: This latently crimpable polyester conjugate yarn consists of a multifilament comprising filaments each composed of a polyester based on polytrimethylene terephthalate and a polyethylene terephthalate-based polyester which are conjugated to each other side-by-side type or eccentrically sheath-core type in the fiber length direction. This latently crimpable polyester conjugate yarn is characterized by having a structural integrity parameter of 0.2-1.2.
