PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure between a gear transmission and torque control couplings in which shafts connected to the torque limit couplings easily react by bending moment and force in a transverse direction, and the torque limit couplings are protected from external influence. SOLUTION: This gear transmission includes transmission housings 1, 2, a driving shaft 3 which extends out of the transmission housings through a hole 10 and is supported inside the transmission housings so as to rotate around a rotational axis X-X, connecting shafts 7, 7' disposed inside the transmission housings, supported so as to rotate around the rotational axis, and connected with a gear 35 of the transmission so as not to relatively rotate, and the torque control couplings 4, 4' disposed inside the transmission housings, connected with the driving shaft at the input end, and connected with the connecting shafts at the output end. At this time, the driving shaft and the connecting shafts are relatively supported by a bearing 30 in a radial direction. It is thus possible to ensure that the driving shaft and the connecting shafts easily react by the bending moment and the force in the transverse direction.
