PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse incinerating power plant realizing high heat efficiency even when temperature of working steam supplied to a steam turbine is increased. SOLUTION: This refuse incinerating power plant comprises a refuse incinerator 11, a steam generating system 20 for generating steam with exhaust gas of the refuse incinerator and overheating the steam, a first power generating system 30 for generating power by rotating a power generator 33 with the steam turbine 31 driven by the overheated steam, and a second power generating system 50 for generating power by rotating a power generator 53 with a gas turbine 51. The refuse incinerating power plant further comprises an exhaust heat recovery system 40 for reheating exhaust steam of the steam turbine with exhaust gas of the gas turbine, a third power generating system 60 for generating power by rotating a power generator 63 with the steam turbine 61 driven by the reheated steam, and a feed water supply system 70 for condensing the exhaust steam from the steam turbine of the third power generating system and supplying it as the feed water to the steam generating system.
