RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is excellent in stretchability and pinhole resistance and gives a multilayer stretched film excellent in gas barrier properties after flexural fatigue; and a laminate prepared by using the composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyamide resin having a melting point of 160 deg.C or lower, and a polyamide resin having a melting point higher than 160 deg.C. The laminate is prepared by forming a thermoplastic resin layer on at least one side of a layer containing the resin composition.
