PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and easily realize the highly accurate adjustment of a lens position by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A lens holding frame 11 is assembled to a frame member 10 so as to be movable along a plane nearly perpendicular to the optical axes of first and second lenses 12 and 13, and a pair of interstices is formed in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction across the optical axis between the outer periphery of the lens holding frame 11 and the inner periphery of the frame member 10, and adjusting members 141-144 are selectively inserted into the interstice, so that the position of the lens holding frame 11 to the frame member 10 is set within the plane nearly perpendicular to the optical axis.
