PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can be cured with a practical irradiation dose of ultraviolet rays even when a photopolymerization initiator is not used or is used in a decreased amount. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains a maleimide derivative (A) comprising a reaction product (I) of a compound (a-1) having an epoxy group and a (meth)acrylate group and a maleimide-group-containing monocarboxylic acid (b) and/or a reaction product (II) of an epoxy resin (a-2) having at least two epoxy groups, (meth)acrylic acid (a-3), and a maleimide-group-containing monocarboxylic acid (b) and, optionally, a polymerizable compound (B) other than the maleimide derivative (A).
