PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive sheet which facilitates the sticking of a flexible printed circuit board(FPC) to a carrier board and the peeling of the FPC from the carrier board, and can control or prevent the deformation and deterioration of its pressure-sensitive adhesive layer even when heated in mounting electronic parts on an FPC. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is used for fixing a flexible printed circuit board on a carrier board in mounting electronic parts on the surface of a flexible printed circuit board. It has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a storage modulus (frequency: 1 Hz) of 10<3> to 10<6> Pa at 0-300 deg.C, formed at least on one side of a base material. It is suitable that the adhesive sheet has a tensile strength of 5 N/15 mm or higher after the mounting of electronic parts. A porous base material can be used as the base material.
