<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toners for MICR which have scratching resistance to a magnetic head, do not give rise to a reading error by adequate signal intensity and are free of problems in image quality, such as image density and fogging. SOLUTION: The toners for MICR contain binding resins magnetite particles and wax, in which the magnetite particles consist of granular magnetite and acicular magnetite and are incorporated into the toners at 15 to 50 wt.% in such a manner that the aciculate magnetite is incorporated therein at <=0.5 of 1.0 grandlar magnetite in wt. ratio and the melting point by the DSC of the wax is 60 to 100 deg.C.</p> |
