PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toxic substance exposure quantity detector capable of quickly measuring a toxic substance exposure quantity of a worker inside a processing chamber for processing a toxic substance. SOLUTION: This toxic substance exposure quantity detector is provided with an adsorbent 12 adsorbing the toxic substance 11 in a working environment, a detection tube 13 filled with the adsorbent 12, and a suction means 14 having a detection tube mounting hole 14a connected to one end 13a of the detection tube 13 and sucking external air via a suction tube 13b from a suction hole 13b in the other end of the detection tube 13 for adsorbing the toxic substance 11 by the adsorbent 12. By a predetermined quantity of suction force by means of the suction means 14, working environmental air 15 is sucked, and the toxic substance 11 suspended in the working environment is adsorbed by the adsorbent 12. |
