PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method enabling detection of a specimen material such as an organism related substance or its duplicate via a biochemical specific reaction with high precision and sensitiveness. SOLUTION: In this detection method, a porous sheet and a stimulable phosphor sheet having a plurality of stimulable phosphor layers arranged independently of each other in the positions matching respective probe molecule fixing positions in an array sheet are prepared, and using them, a radiological image storage/reproduction method is carried out.
