PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and durability at welding work by enhancing rigidity through simple welding work. SOLUTION: This turning frame 5 is provided with a blocking-up plate part 13 extending up to an upper surface of a frame base board 6 from a rear part of an upper plate part 12. A lower side part 13A of this blocking-up plate part 13 is welded to the frame base board 6. A left side part 13B and a right side part 13C are welded to a left longitudinal plate 8 and a right longitudinal plate 9 to form the front side of the turning frame 5 as a closed box structure. Thus, the turning frame 5 can enhance the rigidity to a shock. As a result, when welding the upper plate part 12 and the blocking-up plate part 13, sufficient strength can be obtained only by performing the welding work from the outside easy in work, and the workability of the welding work can be improved.
