PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode pattern which always makes the wiring area part of signal electrodes which is to be lighted as noise in a non-lighting state and moreover which suppress the wiring resistance of the wiring area in double matrix display. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal device 100 as an optoelectronic device, a scanning electrode 210 has a wide part 211, a narrow part 212, a return part 21 and a wiring area avoiding part 220 and it is formed so as to be overlapped with two pixels connected to different signal electrodes of signal electrodes 310 in a direction in which it intersects the signal electrodes 310 while avoiding the wiring area of the signal electrodes 310.
