PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a once-through type waste heat boiler capable of preventing flow stability in a heating route from water feeding to the producing of superheated steam from becoming unstable. SOLUTION: A first flow stabilizing unit 13A feeds steam S from an evaporater 12 above a superheater 13, to evaporate the steam while conducting the same to flow into a direction parallel to the flow of exhaust gas.
