PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating device for loader of a simple and space-saving structure while the machining accuracy of a machine tool can well be maintained. SOLUTION: The vibration isolating device is applied to a loader 2 which is equipped with a loader column 8 fixed to the base 6 of an NC lathe 4, a traveling beam supported by the column 8, and a loader carriage 12 to travel on the beam, wherein a column 42 to hold a control box 40 having approximately the same mass as the carriage 12 is fixed to the base 6, and an intermediate column 44 having higher stiffness than the that of loader column 8 or the column 42 is installed on the base 6 in its position approximately in the middle between the loader column 8 and the column 42 in the front, and a coupling plate 46 is couple with these columns in such a condition as rotatable relative to each of them.
