PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a valve device installable by joining while improving valve-tightness. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device of the valve device has a valve body 29 having a valve seat 29a, a valve member 26 capable of abutting to and separating from the valve seat 29a, and a prescribed member 14 joined to the valve body 29. A shaft member 3 having a spherical surface shape in a part abutting to the valve seat 29a of the tip 3a is allowed to abut to the valve seat 29a for abutting to and separating from the valve member 26 to apply a prescribed pressing load F to the valve seat 29a via the shaft member 3 so that the prescribed member 14 is welded and joined to the valve body 29.
