PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for forms, by which operating efficiency is improved and a cost is reduced, in its turn, the panel can contribute to the promotion of the recycling of spent plastics and an improvement in environment extensively by largely simplifying works for removing a recycling non-conforming article and executing the works at a time regardless of the repetition of a recycling by extremely limiting the recycling non-conforming article to be removed in the case of a double recycling, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The panel for the forms is manufactured, using spent plastics as a raw material while the recycling non-conforming article in the case of the recycling after the manufacture and after use is removed previously from the spent plastics.
