PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete slab allowing efficient outer thermal insulating construction, its manufacturing method, the precast concrete slab for a balcony, and an outer thermal insulating structure. SOLUTION: This precast concrete slab 1 is constituted by jointing two concrete slabs 2, 3 with a suitable interstice part 5 by truss reinforcements 4 and providing the interstice part 5 with an air layer forming material 6 and a thermal insulating material 7.
