PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for transportation with which stacking and nesting are possible and which is easy of use. SOLUTION: Supporting legs 6 are provided on the outer face of the side wall of a rectangular container main body 1 constituted of a bottom plate 2 and side walls 3, 3, 4 and 4. A flange 5 is formed on the whole periphery of the edge of an opening and pockets 7 for fitting the supporting legs 6 at positions being symmetric with respect to a point of the supporting legs 6 at the center of the bottom plate 2 as a center are provided to make stacking and nesting possible. The bottoms of the pockets 7 are formed by a downward inclined face toward the inside of the container main body, in such a way that fine parts fallen into the pocket parts 7 can be naturally fallen into the container main body 1 by utilizing this inclined face to improve being easy to use as the container for transportation.
