APPARATUS FOR CLEANING GREEN PEA SEEDS FROM SMOOTH GRAIN FRACTION

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper with seed guides. Tilt boards mounted on single inclined rotary shaft are made in the form of rotary disks. Flat tray with guides is rigidly fixed under each disk on vibrating carcass. Sliding radial partition wall is positioned on surface of each disk and fixed on rotating shaft. Two receivers for separated fractions and vibrator are positioned on frame under disks. Separated green pea mixture is delivered from charging hopper via seed guides onto inclined flat reciprocating trays. Separated particles are discharged from trays via guides onto disks. Seeds of smooth grain fraction with lower friction coefficient roll from disks into respective receiver. Remaining seeds of greater friction coefficient are carried away by rotating disks into another receiver. Apparatus may be used for separating bulk solid bodies by their shape and properties of particle surface. EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of smooth grain contaminants and improved quality of green pea seeds. 2 dwg
