PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a blending quantity of a concrete material to reduce a rebound and a dust to be generated when a concrete is blown, a method for blending the concrete material at its blending quantity, and to provide a concrete composition of the blending quantity. SOLUTION: The method for blending the concrete material which contains a cement, an aggregate and a fine powder comprises the steps of blending a predetermined quantity of the aggregate in which a mass ratio of a fine aggregate is constant, and a plurality of fine powders having a changed blending quantity and water with the cement of a predetermined unit cement quantity; performing test kneading of the plurality of the concrete materials; calculating unit water quantity to the content of the fine powder from the fine powder and water blending quantity, obtaining a range of the unit water quantity lowered as the content of the fine powder is increased; and blending the quantity of the fine powder, the predetermined quantity of the aggregate, and the cement of the predetermined quantity of the unit cement calculated from the relationship between the water of the predetermined quantity to become the range of the lowered unit water quantity and the content of the unit water quantity and the fine powder to the water of the predetermined quantity.
