PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in the sticking of a sensor panel, a phosphor sheet and a reflector, or peeling of a phosphor and deterioration of the sensor panel by generation of bubbles from pinholes of a phosphor protective PET by the moisture in the phosphor sheet. SOLUTION: The phosphor sheet is heat-treated and then stuck to a sensor substrate. Otherwise, after the reflector is heat-treated, the reflector and the phosphor sheet are stuck to the sensor substrate.
