PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately fluorescent X-ray analyzing even if an operator is unskillful by automatically setting the appropriate analyzing condition. SOLUTION: This fluorescent X-ray analyzing device is provided with a kind memory means 31, a semi-quantitative analyzing means 32, a kind judging means 33 and a quantitative analyzing means 34 to automatically perform all of the semi-quantitative analysis, a judgment of the kind of a sample 6 based on a result of the analysis, and the quantitative analysis under the analysis condition appropriate for the judged kind.
