PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive versatile moisture inspection meter. SOLUTION: This inspection meter inspects the moisture content of a measuring object by being installed in a dryer or an inspection box, and has an instructive moisture content setting function. The inspection meter is composed of a case, a substrate, a temperature compensating temperature sensing rod, an emission electrode, a reception electrode and a control unit. A high-frequency wave generated from the emission electrode is received by the reception electrode, and a high frequency (sawtooth-shaped) signal received through the substrate is transmitted to the control unit. A moisture content value is calculated from the high frequency signal received by the control unit and a temperature value measured by the temperature compensating temperature sensing rod, and drying operation of the dryer is controlled by the moisture content value, or the moisture content value is displayed.
