PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable fine-granulating apparatus which makes effective use of a workspace in various kinds of construction fields, and to provide a dehydrated cake fine-granulating system using the apparatus. SOLUTION: The movable fine-granulating apparatus 100 is comprised of a conveyor 5 for conveying improved soil generated from dehydrated cake, a fine-granulating apparatus main body 2 having at least one shredder 6 provided for the conveyor 5, for shredding the improved soil conveyed by the conveyor 5, and a traveling body 1 arranged at a location below the fine- granulating apparatus main body 2.
