SOLUTION: This oil agent-imparting device having an oil agent-imparting tool 5 for imparting an oil agent to the fiber 1, a godet roller 4 for coming into contact with the fiber 1, and a uniforming device 6 for uniforming the oil agent imparted to the fiber 1, and an oil agent-imparting method, are provided.
