PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing device capable of drawing a zigzag folded web without generating a deterioration of quality and a cutting. SOLUTION: A pair of inlet rolls 15 are arranged to support a tip of the web 11 at a part near a folding line at both ends thereof, and the web is drawn through a space between the pair of inlet rolls 15. A pair of movable rolls 17 supported by a spring 18 are provided in the downstream of the inlet rolls, and the movable rolls 17 are moved in response to the tension of the web 17 to reduce the tension fluctuation of the web. A pair of outlet rolls 20 are arranged in the downstream of the movable rolls to reduce looseness of the web. Each roll is driven for rotation to reduce the resistance to be applied to the web 11 to be drawn and to reduce the tension of the web. Cutting of the web when drawing the web is thereby prevented, and the generation of damage and dirty in the web due to the friction with each roll can be prevented.
