PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rotational-distortion performance of a pile head section, to relax large horizontal force and pull-out force working in the case of an earthquake or the like and to prevent the damage of a pile and a footing. SOLUTION: The pile head section 2 of a prefabricated pile 1 with a partial spherical surface-shaped projection material 10 is projected in a top face 12. An internal surface at the lower end section of a cylindrical rubber 16 fitted to the pile head section 2 and the external side face 3 of the pile head section 2 are fixed through adhesives 26. A cylindrical receiving member 20 having a top with a partial recessed spherical surface-shaped top plate 21 is fitted movably to the pile head section 2, and the internal surface 24 of the receiving member and an external surface at the upper end section of the cylindrical rubber 16 are fixed through adhesives 27. Reinforcements 37 and 37 for fixing are fixed onto the receiving member 20, concrete is placed, and the external-surface side of the receiving member 20 is buried and fixed into the footing 30 (a). Even when horizontal force works and the pile head section 2 is slide and moved, a section not connected 28 in the cylindrical rubber 16 is deformed freely, and the movement of the pile head section 2 is absorbed, and the pile head section can be returned to an original shape (b).
