A therapeutic agent for cancer-associated neuropathy and AZOOR or related diseases thereof, which contains, as an active ingredient, a calcium antagonist, particularly a dihydropyridine compound represented by the general formula (I): <CHEM> wherein R<1> represents nitrophenyl, and R<2>, R<3> and R<4> each represents a lower alkyl group, or a salt thereof.
