PURPOSE: A service for an electronic business card registered to a database is provided to call the information by using an intrinsic number and a password after giving the intrinsic number and the password to the customer information and inputting the information to the database by each category. CONSTITUTION: A business card requestor(30) transfers the personal information to a business card manufacturer. The business card manufacturer(40) inputs the user information by connecting to a server(20), receives the intrinsic number and the password, and makes the business card by printing the intrinsic number and the password on a part of the business card. If the requestor gives the business card to other person, the person inputs the information of the requestor user to a communication terminal or an electronic note by inputting the intrinsic number and the password and receiving the information from the database. The requestor updates the information by connecting to the database of the server.
