PURPOSE: A tangerine wine containing granules of tangerine fruits is provided, thereby improving visual and tactual taste of the wine. CONSTITUTION: The tangerine wine is produced by the steps of: removing the skin from tangerine fruits such as orange, lemon, citron and mandarin orange; pulverizing the fruits with a pulverizer; inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisiae thereinto; fermenting the Saccharomyces cerevisiae added pulverized tangerine fruits; filtering them with a filter; and 0.1 to 2.0% of granules of tangerine fruits into the filtered tangerine wine, in which the fermentation is carried out at 18 deg. C for 10 days; and sugar may be further added into the pulverized tangerine prior to a fermentation process.
