PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cholesterol sensor allowing blood plasma where blood corpuscle is filtered to rapidly reach an electrode system, having high accuracy and good responsiveness, and taking whole blood as a measuring object. SOLUTION: In this biosensor, the blood plasma where blood corpuscle is filtered is sucked into a sample liquid supply passage by capillary action. The biosensor is provided with a first pressing part for holding the primary side part of the filter from below, a second pressing part for holding the secondary side part of the filter from above and below, a third pressing part for holding the central part of the filter from above, and a void part surrounding the filter between the second pressing part and the third pressing part. |
