PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive antireflection film capable of achieving a lowered cost from both constitution and process, excellent in antifouling property and mechanical strength and suitable for use as an antireflection film for a display or the like. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive antireflection film is obtained by forming an optically functional layer obtained by alternately stacking electrically conductive layers and low refractive index layers comprising an organic resin in two layers on a transparent plastic film substrate and a resin or compound having antifouling property is contained in the low refractive index layers.
