<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost large-sized vacuum heat insulation panel having a high strength by using a honeycomb core of closed cells having no air permeability by a simple facility and method and to assure sealability of the core for a long term to hold an original shape of a core lateral end from a start of performing evacuation into vacuum to a completion of an adhesion of the panel in a pressure reducing step. SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulation panel 100 comprises a constitution in which a surface material 60 is melt adhered to a vacuum core material constituted of a honeycomb core material 50 made of a non-permeable raw material via an adhesive member (a woven fabric obtained by weaving fiber shape adhesive material made of a thermoplastic resin or a nonwoven fabric made of the fiber shape adhesive material as a material) 70 as a basic constitution. The surface material 60 has a constitution in which a folding protective part 65 obtained by folding an end edge is formed.</p> |
