PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for alkali-reducing a polytrimethylene terephthalate-based fiber fabric, by which the polytrimethylene terephthalate- based fiber fabric can uniformly, highly safely, efficiently and practically be alkali-reduced in excellent reproducibility and in high productivity without causing a touch difference among batches. SOLUTION: This method for alkali-reducing the polytrimethylene terephthalate-based fibers, comprising subjecting a fabric comprising the polytrimethylene terephthalate-based fibers to an immersion treatment using an alkali solution, is characterized by carrying out the immersion treatment under a high pressure condition at >100 deg.C. |
