PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an detachable earth auger bit and an earth auger for improving an attachable/detachable structure. SOLUTION: This detachable earth auger bit is composed of a bit body 1, a bit holder 2, and a connecting member 3. The bit body 1 is composed of an excavation head part 5 having an excavation blade 4, and a shank part 6 continuously arranged in this head part. This shank part 6 is composed of an intermediate constricted part 6a, and a pair of a circular parts 6b. A nonslip recessed part 9 in a half-defective state is formed on one side surface. In the bit holder 2, a receiving hole 10 for inserting the shank part 6 is bored on the end surface side. An installing hole 11 crossing the receiving hole 10 is bored in upper and lower surfaces. When inserting the shank part 6 into the receiving hole 10, the installing hole 11 is complemented on a hole shape by the nonslip recessed part 9, and the connecting member 3 is installed. This detachable earth auger bit constitutes the earth auger by being installed on a screw 22.
