PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed polyethylene-containing sheet having barrier properties, heat insulating properties, heat retaining properties and handling convenience. SOLUTION: The foamed polyethylene-containing sheet having a three-layered structure and barrier properties, heat insulating properties, heat retaining properties and handling convenience is provided by using foamed polyethylene in the second layer of the three-layered structure.
