BEARING FRAME, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing frame capable of preventing wear with high accuracy, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A shaft member 30 having a resin member 40 on an end thereof is supported by a body frame 11 of the bearing frame 10. A first hole part and a cylindrical part 21 for supporting the resin member 40 provided on the shaft member 30 are formed on the body frame 10. The cylindrical part 21 is protruded perpendicularly from the body frame 11 around the first hole part with the resin member 40 inserted therein. The resin member 40 is supported by the cylindrical part 21 in a surface contact manner. Thus, any local wear caused by the contact with the body frame 11 is prevented in the resin member 40, and members such as a bearing ring can be dispensed with. The cylindrical part 21 is easily formed by burring.
