PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for connecting a throttle valve lever to a remote control cable capable of coping with any locking end parts of existing inner wires and providing excellent assemblage and durability. SOLUTION: A hole 14, a slit 16 parallel with the plate surface of the throttle valve lever 12 crossing the hole 14, and an axial groove 15 for communicating the slit 16 with the hole 14 are provided at the tip of the throttle lever 12. A slit 4 having the same width as the diameter of an inner cable 4 extending from a peripheral surface to an axis and a cylindrical part 3 for fitting the locking end part 6 of the inner cable 5 are provided in a cylindrical swivel 2. The inner cable 5 is engaged with the slit 4 of the swivel 2, the locking end part 6 is fitted to the cylindrical part 3, and then the inner cable 5 is passed into the slit 16 through the groove 15 of the throttle valve lever 12 and the swivel 2 is fitted into the hole 14.
