PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a solar energy stored in all materials in the earth as a source such as a kinetic energy or an electric energy. SOLUTION: In this heat pressure power conversion system, a heat medium made of gas and/or liquid having predetermined temperature and pressure is expanded or contracted, and a change in volume and pressure generated at expansion or contraction is take/out as the kinetic energy or the electric energy (exergy). The system comprises: an outer cylinder having a thermal medium introducing part and a thermal medium discharging part; an inner cylinder mounted to an inner flange capable of taking a revolution shaft; and a movable helical continuous bulkhead interposed in a middle of both of the outer and inner cylinders in a state capable of airtight contact and sliding. The inner cylinder carries out a planetary rotating motion while coming into contact with an inner wall of the outer cylinder to perform revolution, whereby a space formed by the bulkhead, and the inner and outer cylinders is continuously changed, and the heat medium is taken in from the introducing part of one end of the cylinder, and discharged to the other end. Accordingly, positive or negative exergy is taken out from a revolution rotation shaft.
