PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain easy extension by factory manufacture and field fabrication, reducing reconstructed parts without load to a main house in the extension of a house with a continuous flat plane up to the second floor. SOLUTION: This terrace skeleton for semi-independent extension for the second floor is independently constructible by constituting columns and a bearing wall or a shelf also on the house-side face. The terrace skeleton consists of the columns 1 on the house side, a first-floor floor face corresponding beam 2, a second-floor floor face corresponding beam 3, a second floor ceiling beam 4, other columns 5 for forming the skeleton of a terrace, first-floor floor face corresponding beams 6, second-floor floor face corresponding beams 7 and second-floor ceiling beams 8.
