摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated turbine rotor for a high-low pressure which gives excellent high temperature strength and no creep embrittlement as a high pressure part and as a low pressure part excellent toughness, and a production method therefor. SOLUTION: The integrated turbine rotor for the high-low pressure in which high creep strength is realized without generating creep embrittlement by forming a structure of the high pressure part of CrMoV heat resistant steel containing tungsten into the martensitic one where a pro-eutectoid ferritic phase of >10% to <=40% is contained in a bainitic phase is adopted. Alternatively, the integrated turbine rotor for the high-low pressure which has increased smooth creep strength by adding elements such as Co, Nb, Ta, N and B to the steel is provided. Further, the method for producing the high-low integrated type turbine rotor using the steel having the above composition is provided.
