PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roll which satisfies performance required for a paper-feeding roll for office equipment such as a copying machine, a printer, etc., can be manufactured easily and inexpensively without generating crack or defect on a rubber roll material at manufacture and can be recycled easily. SOLUTION: This rubber roll is constituted by press fitting and attaching a rubber roll material 3 on a shaft 2 with a lubricating oil interposed, and the robber roll material 3 has a JIS A rubber hardness of 40 or less, tear strength of 20 KN/m or less and a tightening margin between the shaft 2 and the rubber roll material 3 within the range of 1% through 20%, realizes a low rubber hardness which is a condition required for paper feeding of office equipment and is capable of machining of surface roughness without trouble. When the rubber roll 1 is to be discarded, different materials can be separated only by releasing it from the fitted state with the shaft 2 and the rubber roll material 3, and the shaft 2 can be recycled easily.
