PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition and a concrete product which is less prone cause to cracking and facilitates the use of regenerated aggregate which is obtained from scrapped material of concrete constructions and so on as well as ecocement. SOLUTION: This concrete composition and concrete product comprises a hydraulic composition which is produced by using at least one kind of urban refuge incineration ash and sewage sludge incineration ash as raw material and the regenerated aggregate which is obtained from the scrapped material of cured concrete, cured mortar or cured paste.
