<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the expansion properties and flexibility for acquiring information by eliminating the need for related information on an information supplier and an information receiver, and allowing the information supplier and information receiver occasionally. SOLUTION: Data supply objects (sockets) 2A and 3A for writing measurement/control information acquired by the information supplier are provided, a data acquisition object (plug) 1A for reading measurement/control information by the information receiver is provided, and an information receiver modification table 4 for setting the measurement/control information to be supplied from the information supplier to the information receiver in combination with an identifier that is a plug and a socket for each of tests X and Y is provided.
