<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layer or multilayer soft plate product having an elastic core structure. SOLUTION: A meshed core material having a paper property in a mesh structure having its elevation made in multilayer bonding and a thin sheet (or a thin film material) having a paper quality or made of plastics are bonded in a single-sided or a double-sided or in a multilayer bonding with a pressurized processing properly applied and an appearance similar to a spring is made by natural folding wrinkles in the mesh structure having the elevation, and thereby a soft plate product having an actual elastic effect is formed. The soft plate product has the best effect as a vibration-proof, cushioning, protection and filling material when used. The soft plate product may also be made in a way wherein the meshed core material is properly processed first, then the mesh structure having the elevation is applied with the natural folding wrinkles and formed in the spring-like structure, and the thin sheet or the thin film material is bonded to one side or both sides thereof, and thereby a soft plate material having actually a similar elastic effect can be formed.</p> |
